1800 ALTON

Saber 1800 Alton, LLC developed this 32,000-square-foot retail center and 127-space garage at the northwest corner of Alton Road and 18th Street and leased it to credit tenants including Citibank, Starbucks and Michaels Stores.  The asset was subsequently sold for $32.5 million yielding a 2.0x return on equity.
