Saber Bonita, LLC purchased 30 acres of unimproved land surrounding an 18-hole golf course in Bonita Springs, Florida.  Saber procured the entitlements for 120 homes and 72 condominiums and the site was subsequently sold for $5.2 million yielding an 8.5x return on equity.
