Saber South Hialeah, LLC assembled and upzoned this 2.3 acre Transit Oriented Development (TOD) site located through 4 different acquisitions with the intent of developing a 347-unit multifamily project with streetfront retail.  The site was subsequently sold for $16.4 million yielding a 4.0x return on equity.
