THE COLLECTION

Saber WP Chauncey, LLC purchased and assembled the parcels and subsequently obtained all approvals for The Collection, a 300,000 square foot mixed-use development on 2.5 acres near the intersection of Westchester Avenue and Bloomingdale Road in White Plains, N.Y. The Collection comprises a 155-room hotel, 276 luxury rental apartments, 25,000 square feet of retail, and a 300-car parking garage owned by the City of White Plains. The Collection was sold, post approvals, to Toll Brothers in 2019 for $32 million yielding a 3.0x return on equity.
